 入住飯店遇到問題, 要怎麼用英文解決呢? 下面句子給您參考!

迷你吧台上是空的

I checked into the room on the 4th floor just a few minutes ago. I was desperately thirsty and the mini-bar is empty.

（我在幾分鐘前入住四樓的房間。我渴極了，而房間內的迷你吧台上是空的 – 意思是沒有飲料。）

冷氣有霉味

The musty smell coming from the air conditioner is too strong. Do you have another room available?

（冷氣的霉味很重。你們有其他房間嗎？）

網路沒訊號

Do you have an Ethernet cable? The Wi-Fi signal is weak in my room, and I can't access the Internet.

（你們有網路線嗎？我房間的無線網路訊號很弱，我連不上網路。）

若是忘記帶轉接頭或充電器，也可以跟飯店要求：

Could I borrow an adapter and charger?

（我可以借用轉接插頭和充電器嗎？）

在說出問題時，在措詞上用seem這個字來道出問題，感覺上比較客氣，例如「茶壺不能用」的The kettle isn’t working.改為：

The kettle doesn’t seem to be working.（茶壺似乎不能用。）

或

I was trying to make a cup of tea, but the kettle isn’t working.（我準備要泡杯茶，但是茶壺不能用。）

There seem to be no slippers in the room.

（房間裡似乎沒有拖鞋。）

沒有熱水

Is there something wrong with the water heater? There's no hot water in the bathroom.

（熱水器有問題嗎？浴室裡沒有熱水。）

加床卻沒有床鋪

如果入住時有加床，卻發現少了這個床鋪，可以跟櫃台反映：

We booked a double room and asked for an extra bed, but there's no cot. Please send it up when you can.（我們訂了一間雙人房，且要求加一張床，但沒有看到多的床鋪。你們有空時請幫我送上來。）
