冷氣有霉味
The musty smell coming from the air conditioner is too strong. Do you have another room available?

若是忘記帶轉接頭或充電器,也可以跟飯店要求:

在說出問題時,在措詞上用seem這個字來道出問題,感覺上比較客氣,例如「茶壺不能用」的The kettle isn’t working.改為:
The kettle doesn’t seem to be working.(茶壺似乎不能用。)
或
I was trying to make a cup of tea, but the kettle isn’t working.(我準備要泡杯茶,但是茶壺不能用。)
There seem to be no slippers in the room.
(房間裡似乎沒有拖鞋。)
沒有熱水
Is there something wrong with the water heater? There's no hot water in the bathroom.
(熱水器有問題嗎?浴室裡沒有熱水。)
加床卻沒有床鋪
如果入住時有加床,卻發現少了這個床鋪,可以跟櫃台反映:
We booked a double room and asked for an extra bed, but there's no cot. Please send it up when you can.(我們訂了一間雙人房,且要求加一張床,但沒有看到多的床鋪。你們有空時請幫我送上來。)
