The transportation of currency or monetary instruments, regardless of the amount, is legal. However, if you transport, mail, or ship currency or monetary instruments in an aggregate amount exceeding $10,000 into or out of the United States, you must file a report.

攜帶、郵寄或運送任何金額的現金或金融工具都是合法的。但是，如果你帶進或帶出美國的總金額超過 10,000 美元，法律規定一定要申報。

Monetary instruments include U.S. or foreign coin, currency, travelers checks, money orders, and negotiable instruments or investment securities in bearer form.

Failure to report may result in seizure of the currency or monetary instruments and may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.

Certain agricultural products, food, plants, animals, and animal products are prohibited or restricted from entering the United States.

Failure to declare may result in penalties and seizure.
